本文主要通过实验比较抗阻训练和平跑训练,证明哪一种训练法是发展短跑运动员的最大速度的最好方法。并从动力学特征上对两种训练形式进行比较。得出抗阻训练方法对短跑运动员最大速度训练效果不显著的结论。
In this paper, we compare the resistance training and the ping-pong training mainly through experiments to prove which training method is the best way to develop the maximum speed of the sprinter. And from the kinetic characteristics of the two training forms were compared. Draw the conclusion that the resistance training method has no significant effect on the maximum speed of sprinters.
