随着高层建筑数量的不断增多,电梯已成为高层或中高层建筑工程中必不可少的公共设施。电梯技术的发展,给人们的生活和工作提供了有效的便利条件,但是其也为人们的电梯乘行带来了较大的安全隐患,为此在电梯设施正式投入使用之前以及电梯在长久的使用过后,都需严格地对其进行全面的安全检验,并采取有效的安全防护措施,才能保证电梯安全、稳定的运行。本文主要分析了电梯检验条件对检验的影响和探究了提高电梯检测效率的相关措施。
As the number of high-rise buildings continues to grow, elevators have become an indispensable public facility in high-rise or mid-rise buildings. The development of elevator technology has provided effective conveniences for people’s life and work. However, it also poses a great potential safety hazard for people’s elevator operation. Therefore, before the elevator facilities are put into operation and the long-term After use, it must be strictly carried out a comprehensive safety inspection, and take effective safety precautions in order to ensure safe and stable operation of the elevator. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of elevator inspection conditions on inspection and explores the relevant measures to improve elevator inspection efficiency.
