本文介绍了一种与重晶石和萤石共生的氟碳饰矿稀土多金属矿石的选矿试验研究结果。根据矿石的岩相特征、物理机械特征和结构特征,不宜采用传统的选别方法如浮选、磁选和重选来处理这种原矿。因此作了选择性粉碎一粒度分级的技术可行性研究,目的是使氟碳林矿和其他稀土矿物富集在微细的粒级。最终选别作业包括浸出和液一液稀土金属萃取。
In this paper, we present the results of beneficiation tests on a fluorocarbon-modified rare earth polymetallic ore coexisting with barite and fluorite. According to the lithofacies characteristics, physical and mechanical characteristics and structural characteristics of ores, it is not appropriate to use traditional sorting methods such as flotation, magnetic separation and re-election to deal with this ore. Therefore, a technical feasibility study of selective comminution and particle size classification was conducted with the aim of enriching fluorocarbon and other rare earth minerals in fine fractions. Final sorting operations include leaching and liquid-liquid rare earth metal extraction.
