“猪肉绦虫、牛肉绦虫”病是严重危害人体健康的一种肠道寄生虫病、系食囊虫猪、牛肉而惑染,以往采用槟榔,石榴根、南瓜籽等中草药驱绦,疗效欠佳。1987年8～10月作者采用吡喹酮驱绦试验治疗12例患者,取得一定疗效,现摘要报告如下:选择大便排蠹虫节片,经镜检确诊为绦虫病的患者,采用流质饮食、饥饿(14小时)、服吡喹酮(30mg/kg 体重)、硫酸镁(30～50g)导泻方法进行驱绦。12例患者一般于服药后3～4小时开始
