本实验以中医病因学理论为依据,借助现代病理学手段,模拟自然的风寒湿环境,结合北方高寒的特点,对痹证进行了动物造模研究。本文分为三部分:首先介绍了实验方法;继之对实验结果进行了介绍,对造模的关节组织进行了病理分级。实验结果表明:经造模的后肢与未造模的前肢进行自身对照,有非常显著性差异。最后根据实验结果及古代文献,对机理进行了讨论。
Based on the etiology theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this experiment took advantage of modern pathology methods to simulate the natural wind, cold, and damp environment, combined with the characteristics of northern high cold, carried out animal model research on peony syndrome. This article is divided into three parts: First, the experimental method is introduced; then the experimental results are introduced, and the articular tissue of the model is graded by pathology. The experimental results show that there is a very significant difference between the modeled hind limb and the unmodeled forelimb. Finally, based on the experimental results and ancient literature, the mechanism was discussed.
