为了更好的贯彻落实中央十八精神,从严治国,依法行政,加强县级财务管理已经成为时代的呼唤和社会发展的要求。在当前新的社会形势之下,县级财务管理取得令人欣慰的的成果。制度更好规范,管理更加科学。但必须要认识到,当前的县级财务管理中存在着一些历史发展过程中遗留下来问题,阻碍了县级财务管理制度的进一步的深化改革。为了更好的加强县级财务管理,笔者结合当前财务管理的现状,提出个人的思考。
In order to better implement the 18th national spirit of the Central Government, strict administration of the country and administration by law should be followed. Strengthening financial management at the county level has become a call for the times and a requirement for social development. Under the current new social situation, the county-level financial management has achieved gratifying results. System is better regulated and management more scientific. However, we must realize that there are some problems left over from the historical development in the current county-level financial management and the further deepening reform of the county-level financial management system is hindered. In order to better strengthen county-level financial management, the author puts forward his own thinking in light of the current status of financial management.
