目的研究β-七叶皂甙钠对大鼠出血性脑水肿的治疗作用。方法大鼠苍白球注射胶原酶造成脑出血模型,应用磁共振显像(MRI)观察治疗组和对照组各项指标的动态变化。结果治疗组大鼠的血肿及水肿吸收率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),各时间点水肿区的T2、FLAIR的信号强度比均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),信号强度比相对变化率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论β-七叶皂甙钠对大鼠出血性脑水肿有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of β-aescinate on hemorrhagic brain edema in rats. Methods Intracerebral hemorrhage was induced by injection of collagenase into the globus pallidus in rats. The dynamic changes of each index in the treatment group and the control group were observed by MRI. Results The hematoma and edema absorption rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The signal intensity ratios of T2 and FLAIR in the edema area were significantly lower than those in the control group at each time point (P <0.05) The relative rate of change was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion β-aescinate has a significant therapeutic effect on hemorrhagic brain edema in rats.
