学前教育阶段专业英语教师是学前教育阶段英语教学质量的关键因素。本课题组对贵州省六盘水市部分幼儿教育机构的英语师资状况进行了抽样调查,结果显示:幼儿英语师资严重短缺;在性别、学历、专业、职称等方面存在不合理现象;部分教师不会使用现代化的教学设备;教师科研成果少等。在调查与分析的基础上,对学前教育阶段的英语师资培养提出一些建议。
Professional English teachers in pre-primary education are the key factors in the quality of English teaching in preschool education. The research group conducted a sample survey on the status of English teachers in some preschool education institutions in Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province. The results showed that there was a serious shortage of preschool English teachers and there were unreasonable phenomena in terms of gender, education background, profession and professional title, and some teachers would not use Modern teaching equipment; teachers less scientific research results. Based on the investigation and analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of English teachers in preschool education.
