在电力行业的快速发展中,保障企业员工的能力素质与电力企业的匹配程度,可凭借仿真技能培训课程、引入仿真技术电力设备自动化系统,为其提供良好的技能应用环境,对电力行业发展具有积极影响。基于此,本文结合仿真技术在电力技能培训中的实际应用,为其提供几点优化建议,以供相关研究参考。
