目的:分析莫沙比利联合胃炎合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院慢性萎缩性胃炎患者40例,并将慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组(观察组和对照组),比较两组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗后的腹胀消失时间、疼痛好转时间、痊愈时间和总有效率。结果:观察组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗后的腹胀消失时间、疼痛好转时间、痊愈时间和总有效率显著优于对照组慢性萎缩性胃炎(P<0.05)。结论:莫沙比利联合胃炎合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有良好的临床效果。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of mosapride and gastritis mixture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: Forty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group) Time, recovery time and total efficiency. Results: The disappearance of abdominal distension, pain recovery time, recovery time and total effective rate of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Mosapride combined with gastritis mixture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
