提高热卷箱的传动稳定性和热卷箱的轧制速度对于增加轧线产能、降低生产成本具有重要的意义。简要介绍了热卷箱传动系统的构成,针对热卷箱主要设备的电气传动装置在使用中出现的问题,提出了电气传动系统改造方案,并对改造后的实际运行效果进行了分析。通过设备改造,提高了设备稳定性及轧制速度,充分发挥了热卷箱在热轧生产中的作用。
It is of great importance to increase the transmission stability of the hot coil box and the rolling speed of the hot coil box to increase the rolling line capacity and reduce the production cost. A brief introduction to the structure of the thermostat drive system is given. In view of the problems that arise in the use of the thermostat main equipment electrical drive, the reformation plan of the electrical drive system is put forward, and the actual operation effect after the reformation is analyzed. Through the transformation of the equipment, the equipment stability and the rolling speed are improved, and the role of the hot coil box in the hot rolling production is fully exerted.
