本文将五元系分为两大类；并提出用三维空间中的立体图形展示五元系化合物的组分分布；提出了五元系化合物的晶格常数和禁带宽度以及互溶隙范围的计算公式，并在此基础上计算了与ＧａＡｓ衬底晶格匹配的ＡｌＧａＩｎＰＡｓ的等禁带宽度曲线和互溶隙的范围．
