患者男,77岁。反复鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏多年,伴鼻出血1周,于3月31日就诊,检查:双侧鼻粘膜充血、水肿,双侧下鼻甲肥大,贴近鼻中膈。诊断:过敏性鼻炎。无嗅觉丧失史。给予倍他米松(得保松)1ml双侧下鼻甲封闭,口服赛特赞10mg,qd,嘱病人 10天左右复查。4月 7日病人复查,出血停止,喷嚏、流涕减少,经用1％地卡因下鼻甲前端表麻后行第2次得保松封闭治疗。经第2次治疗后病人鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕明显减轻,5天左右病人嗅觉丧失,给予维生素B_1、谷维素治疗。7个月
