对库拉索芦荟试管苗增殖技术体系改良及壮苗定植体系的建立进行了研究。结果表明,MB+KT1.0mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L培养基中,用食糖代替蔗糖、自来水代替蒸馏水,库拉索试管苗芽增殖率有所下降,但与对照相比差异不显著;附加1.0mg/LNAA的1/2MB培养基是库拉索芦荟试管苗壮苗生根的最佳培养基;供试的3种移植介质中,库拉索芦荟试管苗的定植成活率均达到83%以上,沙土介质定植成活率最高,达到91.3%。
