目的探讨核转录因子(NF-kB)与白介素-1β(IL-1β)在脑梗死患者病变处动脉上的表达特点及其与动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系。方法尸检或尸库内因脑梗死死亡患者的病变处动脉标本和非脑部原因死亡的年轻患者颅内动脉,常规石蜡包埋、切片、HE染色,根据镜下结构将斑块组织分为不稳定性斑块组、稳定性斑块组和正常血管组;采用免疫组织化学方法观察NF-kB/p65与IL-1β在动脉粥样硬化上的表达特点,并进行统计学分析。结果 NF-kB/p65与IL-1β在不稳定性斑块中的表达较在稳定性斑块中和正常血管上的表达均明显增加(P<0.001);二者的表达呈明显的正相关(r=+0.796,P<0.001)。结论 NF-kB可能通过激活IL-1进而促进动脉粥样硬化的形成,且二者可能促进斑块的不稳定性。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in arterial lesions in patients with cerebral infarction and its relationship with the stability of atherosclerotic plaque. Methods Autopsy or autopsy specimens of young patients with intracranial infarction died from intracranial lesions and intracranial arteries in young patients with non-brain-related death were routinely paraffin-embedded, sectioned and stained with HE. According to the microscopic structure, plaque tissue was classified as unstable Sex plaque group, stable plaque group and normal vascular group. The expression of NF-κB / p65 and IL-1β in atherosclerosis was observed by immunohistochemical method and statistically analyzed. Results The expression of NF-kB / p65 and IL-1β in unstable plaques was significantly higher than that in stable plaques and normal blood vessels (P <0.001). The expression of NF-kB / (r = +0.796, P <0.001). Conclusion NF-κB may promote the formation of atherosclerosis by activating IL-1, and both may promote plaque instability.
