目的:探讨二甲苯对职业人群神经行为的影响。方法:采用WHO推荐的神经行为测试组合对喷漆作业工人的神经行为进行了测试。结果:在所接触平均浓度不超过现行国家卫生标准的情况下,二甲苯对接触者记忆能力及手的运动速度和准确性有明显的影响。结论:二甲苯对接触者神经系统具有一定的影响,亟待提出保护接触者神经系统不受损害的时间加权平均浓度(TWA)。
Objective: To investigate the influence of xylene on the neurobehavioral of occupational population. Methods: The neurobehavioral tests performed by spray paint workers were tested using a combination of neurobehavioral tests recommended by the WHO. Results: Xylene had a significant effect on memory and hand movement speed and accuracy of contacts when the average contact concentration did not exceed current national health standards. Conclusion: Xylene has a certain influence on the nervous system of contactors. It is urgent to propose a time-weighted average concentration (TWA) for protecting the nervous system of the contactors.
