陶艺课是一门趣味性、创造性、知识性和实践性极强的科目,在陶艺的制作、装饰和烧制过程中,自然渗透了物理、历史、数学、几何、美学与化工等多种学科知识与技能,是现代科技与艺术的综合体现与统一,被称为“土与火”的艺术。陶艺的独特性,决定了它具有认识功能、教育功能和审美功能,创新是陶艺发展的永恒主题和本质内涵。因此、陶艺教育是对学生进行审美教育、创新教育与师生互动协作进取的动手能力教育,是促进学生全面发展的有效途径与方式。
