根据冶金部安全情报网一九七七年活动计划“全国冶金氟中毒防治座谈会”由湖南冶金防护防治研究所、湘乡氟化盐厂、白银公司劳动卫生研究所、包钢劳动卫生研究所筹办,经冶金部主管部门和湖南省冶金局批准,于一九七七年十二月一日至十二月六日在湘乡氟化盐厂召开。这次会议是在全国人民贯彻落实华主席“抓纲治国”战略决策的大好形势下召开的,会议以党的十一大路线和中共中央关于召开全国科学大会的“通知”的精神为指针,交流氟中毒防治工作经验,互相促进、互相学习,讨论今后“攻关”方向,为冶金工业大干快上贡献力量。
According to the activities of the Metallurgical Department’s Safety Information Network in 1977, the National Symposium on Prevention and Control of Fluorine Poisoning in Metallurgy was held by Hunan Institute of Metallurgical Protection and Prevention, Xiangxiang Fluoride Salt Factory, Institute of Labor Health of Baiyin Company, Organized by the Ministry of Metallurgical Administration and the approval of Hunan Provincial Metallurgical Bureau, December 1, 1977 to December 6 in Xiangxiang fluoride salt plant was held. This meeting was held under the excellent situation that people across the country implemented Chairman Hua’s strategic decision of “grasping the country with the Gangchung government.” According to the principle of the 11th National Congress of the CPC and the “Circular” of the CPC Central Committee on convening a national science conference, Exchange fluorosis poisoning prevention and control work experience, promote each other, learn from each other, to discuss the future “research” direction, make contributions to the metallurgical industry.
