我在进行教育学“德育”这一章的教学时,要求学生认识将来要去培养儿童的优良道德品质,现在就要学会自我教育,以较高的标准来要求自己。我让他们懂得只从行为表现上来衡量一个人的操行是不够的,必须以认识指导行动, 并不断自我调节,从高尚的行为中体验愉快的情感,这就叫提高自我教育的意识及能力。此后,我经常注意联系实际,提高学生自我教育的意识性。见习时,由于附小幼儿园条件较差,多数同学只能在教室里站着看课。以前同学们习惯于“谁先到先坐”,一进校门后就喜欢“抢先”。我觉得这
When I was teaching “Moral Education” in pedagogy, I asked students to recognize the good moral character that will be cultivated in the future. Now I must learn to self-educate myself and ask myself for a higher standard. I told them that it is not enough to measure a man’s performance solely in terms of his behavior. He must act in a way that is guided by his knowledge, constantly self-regulating, and experiencing pleasant emotions from his noble conduct. This is called raising awareness and ability of self-education. Since then, I often pay attention to contact with the reality, to improve students’ awareness of self-education. Trainee, due to poor conditions attached to a small kindergarten, most of the classmates can only stand in the classroom reading class. Before the students are accustomed to “who first go sit first”, once into the school like “first”. I think this
