水利工程是民生建设的根本,是一项利国利民的建设。目前在我国的各个地区都有水利水电工程的施工作业。这不但保证了我国农业的发展,还在防涝抗旱方面做出了重要的共享。因此,水利工程的建设十分的重要,但是人们在重视水利工程建设的质量时忽略了安全方面的管理,导致水利工程的安全事故多发,影响了社会的稳定。本文就水利施工建设过程中安全问题进行了分析,就造成这些安全问题进行相应的分析和管理。提升了现代工程建设中的安全管理效率,实现水利工程建设的有效开展,保证施工人员的安全,切实做到以人文本。
Water conservancy project is the foundation of people’s livelihood, is a benefit of the people. At present, construction work for water conservancy and hydropower projects has been carried out in various regions of our country. This will not only ensure the development of agriculture in our country, but also make an important sharing in waterlogging and drought control. Therefore, the construction of water conservancy projects is very important, but people ignore the safety management when they attach importance to the quality of water conservancy projects, resulting in multiple accidents of water conservancy projects and affecting the social stability. This paper analyzes the safety problems in the process of water conservancy construction and analyzes and manages these safety problems accordingly. Enhance the efficiency of safety management in the construction of modern projects, effectively carry out the construction of water conservancy projects, ensure the safety of construction workers and earnestly implement the humanistic approach.
