研究结果表明;给农作物喷施亚硒酸钠水溶液,通过叶面吸收可增加籽实含硒量,食硒粮给人体补硒可有效地预防克山病发病。文中介绍了农作物喷硒的方法,筛选出喷施是提高籽实含硒量的有效途径,对不同作物的喷施生育期及亚硒酸钠用量等作了探讨。喷施的籽实含硒量比当地未喷的提高3—6倍,达到非病区含硒水平。食用硒粮人的发硒含量由0.085ppm提高到0.299ppm,与非病区发硒0.304ppm 十分吻合,还说明硒粮中的硒(有机态硒)利于机体的吸收利用,因而能有效地提高人体环境含硒水平,且含量适当、对人安全。
The results show that spraying sodium selenite aqueous solution on crops can increase the selenium content in the seeds through the foliar absorption, and adding selenium into the selenium grains can effectively prevent Keshan disease. In this paper, the method of spraying selenium on crops was introduced. It was screened out that spraying was an effective way to increase selenium content of seeds, and the spraying and growth period of different crops and the dosage of sodium selenite were discussed. The selenium content of the sprayed seeds is 3-6 times higher than that of the non-sprayed seeds, reaching the non-endemic selenium level. The content of selenium in human selenium grains increased from 0.085ppm to 0.299ppm, which was consistent with 0.304ppm selenium in non-endemic area. It also showed that selenium (organic selenium) in selenium grains was beneficial to the body’s absorption and utilization and thus could effectively improve Human selenium levels, and the content is appropriate, safe on the people.
