教师学习是事关教育事业的核心问题。目前我国高校体育教师学习研究尚处于萌芽状态。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法在系统梳理和反思相关研究的基础上对高校体育教师学习研究进展进行分析,结果表明:高校体育教师学习研究范式经历直接研究到间接研究的改变;研究重点经历“教”到“学”的转变;研究动力经历“他育”到“自育”的过渡。并从研究内容、研究方式和研究类型提出了高校体育教师学习的未来研究趋势。
Teacher learning is a key issue concerning education. At present, the study of college PE teachers in China is still in its infancy. Based on systematic review and reflection on the related research, the paper analyzes the progress of PE teachers’ study and research in colleges and universities by means of literature review, expert interviews and logical analysis. The results show that the PE teacher study paradigm in colleges and universities has undergone direct and indirect changes. The research focuses on the transformation of “teaching” to “learning” and the study of the transition from “motivation” to “self-education”. And from the research content, research methods and types of research put forward the future research trends of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.
