各市人民政府,省政府有关部门: 根据国务院减轻企业负担部际联席会议《关于防治“非典”期间对部分行业减免行政事业性收费的通知》精神,结合我省实际情况,经省政府同意,提出以下意见,望认真贯彻执行。一、自5月9日起到9月30日止,对餐饮、旅店、旅游、娱乐、集贸市场、航空公司、公路客运、水路客运、出租汽车(包括小汽车、中巴、大巴)行业,全部免征以下行政事业性收费项目:企业注册登记费中的年检费、排污费、卫生检测费、卫生质量检验费、预防性体检费、疫情处理费。
