采用极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法,分析了经不同时效时间后的2205双相不锈钢在3.5%的NaCl+(1,5,10)g/L S介质溶液中的电化学腐蚀特性。研究表明:经过时效处理(800℃)的2205双相不锈钢会产生析出相(o相),对2205双相不锈钢的腐蚀有严重影响;随着时间的延长,o相析出量明显增多,耐腐蚀性越弱。此外,随着硫单质的加入,也促进了不锈钢的腐蚀。
The electrochemical corrosion behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl + (1,5,10) g / L S solution after different aging time was analyzed by polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
