我厂200吨弹簧加箍机是紧箍板弹簧用的。该没备有立、卧两个液压缸,其液压系统原设计为增压器传动。该液压系统有压缩空气和高压油两套分配阀,结构比较复杂,通路较长,泄漏机会多,功能效率低。增压器的空气活塞尺寸大(φ800毫米),用牛皮碗密封,耗用大量牛皮,且密封常易泄漏,造成压力不足,常不能满足工艺要求。为了充分发挥老设备的生产潜力,我厂工人以大庆人为榜样,敢于革新,对200吨加箍机液压系统进行了改造,把增压器传动改为高
