选用了18个小麦叶锈菌菌系对河北省的21个小麦品种(系)进行了抗性基因推导。通过与31个抗叶锈的单基因系的反应作比较,在河北省的品种中鉴定出Lr1,Lr3,Lr3Bg,Lr18,Lr26和Lr30共6个抗性基因。冀麦15有Lr3,冀麦3号有Lr3Bg;有8个品种有3个基因,其中7个品种例如冀麦23等,有Lr3,Lr3Bg 和Lr26,另一品种冀麦20有Lr18,Lr26和Lr30。有两个品系88-5424和84—5103有4个基因;前者有Lr1,Lr18,Lr26和Lr30,后者有Lr3,Lr3Bg,Lr18和Lr26。冀麦26和冬协4号有与供试的已知基因不同的基因;在丰抗8号等3个品种中没有鉴定出抗性基因。Lr26最为普遍,在13个品种中存在。
Eighteen wheat leaf rust strains were selected to investigate the resistance genes of 21 wheat cultivars (lines) in Hebei Province. By comparing with the response of 31 anti-leaf rust monogenic lines, 6 resistance genes of Lr1, Lr3, Lr3Bg, Lr18, Lr26 and Lr30 were identified in Hebei province. There are Lr3Bg in Jimai 15 and Lr3Bg in Jimai 3; there are 3 genes in 8 cultivars, of which 7 are Jimai 23, Lr3, Lr3Bg and Lr26, while the other Jimai 20 has Lr18, Lr26 and Lr30. There are four genes 88-5424 and 84-5103 in two lines; the former has Lr1, Lr18, Lr26 and Lr30 and the latter has Lr3, Lr3Bg, Lr18 and Lr26. Ji-mai 26 and Dongying-4 had different genes from the known genes tested. Resistance genes were not identified in Feng-8 and other 3 cultivars. Lr26 is the most common and is present in 13 varieties.
