目前国内还没有现场设备实时维护系统 ,传统工厂设备的管理维护工作一般均是基于经验进行的。本文定义了能够实现现场设备主动维护模式的现场设备实时维护系统应该具有的功能 ,提出了系统的软件体系结构、操作界面组织。介绍了用VisualC + +和SQLServer数据库管理系统设计现场设备实时管理系统的步骤、设计内容、设计方法 ,并讨论了远程维护系统的一些关键技术
At present, there is no real-time maintenance of field equipment in the country. The management and maintenance of traditional plant equipment are generally based on experience. This paper defines the functions that the real-time maintenance system of on-site equipment that can realize the active maintenance mode of on-site equipment should have, and proposes the software architecture and operation interface organization of the system. This paper introduces the steps, design contents and design methods of designing field devices real-time management system with Visual C + + and SQL Server database management system and discusses some key technologies of remote maintenance system
