目的观察三维适形放疗联合药物治疗腹膜后肿瘤所致重度疼痛的疗效。方法对38例腹膜后肿瘤患者行三维适形放疗2.5～3.5 Gy/次,总剂量42～49 Gy。同时联合阿片类药物治疗腹膜后肿瘤所致重度疼痛,观察疼痛变化和药物剂量变化。结果治疗后疼痛减轻,药物剂量减少,治疗前后VAS比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),不良反应主要为便秘,恶心,呕吐。结论三维适形放疗联合药物治疗腹膜后肿瘤所致重度疼痛可使疼痛明显减轻,药物用量减少,治疗效果较好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with drugs on severe pain caused by retroperitoneal tumor. Methods Thirty-eight patients with retroperitoneal tumor underwent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (2.5-3.5 Gy) and the total dose was 42-49 Gy. At the same time combined opioid treatment of retroperitoneal tumors caused by severe pain, observed changes in pain and drug dose changes. Results After treatment, the pain was relieved and the dose of drug was decreased. There was significant difference in VAS before and after treatment (P <0.01). The main adverse reactions were constipation, nausea and vomiting. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with drug treatment of retroperitoneal tumors caused by severe pain can significantly reduce the pain, reduce the amount of medication, the treatment effect is better.
