建立了地奥心血康胶囊中甾体皂苷类成分的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。采用Inersil ODS-3 C_(18)柱,以乙腈:0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,使用蒸发光散射检测器检测。共检测11批地奥心血康胶囊,建立其甾体皂苷成分指纹图谱的共有模式,相似度为0.934~0.998。确定8个共有峰,并利用对照品对照法指认其中的2个共有峰成分,即原薯蓣皂苷和薯蓣皂苷。
A HPLC fingerprint of steroidal saponins in Dioxin Xingshikang Capsules was established. Using Inersil ODS-3 C_ (18) column, acetonitrile: 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase, gradient elution, using evaporative light scattering detector detection. A total of 11 batches of Dioxin Xueshikang Capsules were tested and the common pattern of their fingerprints of steroidal saponins was established. The similarities ranged from 0.934 to 0.998. Eight common peaks were identified and two of the common peak components were identified using the reference substance control method, namely, primroses and diosgenin.
