本文用儿茶酚胺合成酶之一的酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)抗体,用不标记抗体过氧化物酶——抗过氧化物酶(PAP)法包埋前免疫电镜技术观察了金黄地鼠松果体内的单胺类神经分布.结果发现松果体内有TH样免疫反应阳性神经纤维和TH样兔疫反应阳性神经元.TH样免疫反应阳性的经元散在于松果体实质内.其细胞体呈卵圆形或梭形,最大直径为15~20μm,具有一个或两个短的细胞突起.细胞核大,呈圆形.细胞质内有线粒体,核糖体和高尔基复合体.TH样免疫反应阳性神经元与松果体细胞体、松果体细胞突起、TH免疫反应阳性或阴性神经终末相接触,但无明显的膜特化的结构.在TH免疫反应阳性神经终末内有许多颗粒小泡和无颗粒小泡.TH免疫反应阳性神经纤维与松果体细胞相接触,但无明显的膜特化结构.
