目前高职院校大部分都是以学校的规章制度为纲进行学生管理工作,对学生过分强调和依靠教师的监督和控制,在学习和生活上极大地剥夺了学生的自主权,使学生不能更好地要求自己和认识自己,做事情时缺乏目标与主动性,因此高职院校应该引导学生加强自我管理,在学习和生活上发挥学生的主观能动性,本文对几种学生自我管理的方法进行了阐述。
