在修理铁路蒸汽机车时,机车锅炉烟管因割拆使两端损坏,需要接长修复。每台机车按型号不同,其锅炉有三十、三十六、五十根大烟管(直径133毫米),一百多根小烟管不等,除极少数腐蚀严重,需整根更换新管外,绝大部分要接长成复,其焊接工作量较大,过去我厂一直采用氧一乙块焊接,效率低,劳动强度大,成为生产的薄弱环节。根据这种情况,我厂设计,制作这台CO_2气体保护自动焊管机,正式投产使用后,效果较好,质量基本满足要求,效率比气焊提高两倍多,劳动条件大为改善,目前仍在逐步改进之中。一、焊接设备
