包裹性腹膜硬化症是长期腹膜透析最严重的并发症之一,尽管发生率低但患者预后差,死亡率高。我院近期发现两例,报告如下。例1女,58岁。发热、腹痛腹胀急诊入院。腹部触诊轻压痛,中下腹肌紧张,轻度反跳痛,未及包块。腹平片:中上腹可见一长约4.0 cm的气液平面,盆腔可见多发弧形钙化(图1A)。CT平扫:小肠肠壁及脏层腹膜多发弧形钙化,
Encapsulated peritoneal sclerosis is one of the most serious complications of long-term peritoneal dialysis, although the incidence is low but the prognosis is poor and the mortality rate is high. Our hospital recently found two cases, the report is as follows. Example 1 Female, 58 years old. Fever, abdominal pain and abdominal distension emergency admission. Abdominal palpation mild tenderness, lower abdominal muscle tension, mild rebound tenderness, and mass. Abdominal plain film: the middle and upper abdomen can be seen a length of about 4.0 cm of the gas-liquid level, pelvic cavity visible multiple calcification (Figure 1A).
