在我国的森林资源中,松树占很大的比重。为了充分利用木材资源,我们开展了松木木屑种平菇试验。材料是选用木材加工厂新鲜青松木屑及镜框社的杂木屑。配方为木屑80％,麦麸18％,白糖1％,尿素0.5％,石膏0.5％。其中的木屑料又按松、杂木屑的比例不同,分四个处理:Ⅰ松木屑80％;Ⅱ松50％,杂30％;Ⅲ松30％,杂50％;Ⅳ杂80％。装瓶后,采用常规高压灭菌,冷却后于第二天接种(云南侧5号菌种)。
In our country’s forest resources, pine accounts for a large proportion. In order to make full use of wood resources, we carried out pine wood sawdust mushroom test. Materials are selected wood processing plant fresh pine wood and framed altar shavings. The formula is 80% sawdust, wheat bran 18%, 1% sugar, urea 0.5%, gypsum 0.5%. One of the wood chips and loose pine, sawdust different proportions, divided into four treatment: Ⅰ pine sawdust 80%; Ⅱ pine 50%, miscellaneous 30%; Ⅲ loose 30%, miscellaneous 50%; Ⅳ Miscellaneous 80%. After bottling, using conventional autoclave, after cooling the next day (Yunnan side 5 strains).
