台湾近几十年的经济快速增长,工业社会型态及个人工作价值的改变,以及社会多元化的影响,使得员工个别需要的变迁与增长日益受到企业和社会的重视。于是,工作场域的概念开始进入社会工作学者及实务工作者的视野,工业社会工作获得了长足的发展与进步。本文旨在从中国台湾地区工业社会工作的发展历程、服务内容、实施模式及发展趋势进行分析,以期能对内地社会工作界有所启示。
In recent decades, the rapid economic growth in Taiwan, changes in the industrial society patterns and personal work values, and the impact of social diversification have made the changes and growth individually required by employees increasingly valued by enterprises and the society. As a result, the concept of workplaces began to enter the field of vision of social work scholars and practitioners, and industrial and social work gained considerable progress and progress. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development process, service contents, implementation mode and development trend of industrial social work in Taiwan of China in the hope of enlightening the social work community in the Mainland.
