80年代中期,煤炭行业开始全面推行机电设备内部租赁制.10年实践证明,内部租赁对于理顺国有企业内部产权关系,解决设备无偿占有,加强设备综合管理,提高企业经济效益起到了积极的推动作用.随着经济体制改革不断深化,如何使内部租赁走向市场,更好地发挥设备效能,提高设备投资效益,已成为租赁工作面临的新问题.峰峰矿务局在这方面勤于探索,勇于实践,走出了一条以租赁推动设备管理工作实现两个转变的成功之路.
In the mid-1980s, the coal industry began to fully implement the internal leasing system of mechanical and electrical equipment. Practice in 10 years has proved that internal leasing has played a positive role in rationalizing the internal property rights of state-owned enterprises, resolving the free possession of equipment, strengthening the comprehensive management of equipment, and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system, how to make the internal lease into the market, better use of equipment efficiency, and increase the efficiency of equipment investment has become a new problem for the leasing industry. The Fengfeng Mining Bureau is diligent in this regard. The courage to practice, out of a lease to promote the management of equipment to achieve two successful transition.
