随着信息化技术飞速发展,医院档案管理已从传统的人工管理逐渐走向了自动化、信息化和电子化,在减轻人员工作负担的同时,也可以提高档案管理效率和质量。强化医院档案信息管理,对于实现医院整体现代化管理意义重大,应该予以足够重视。针对目前医院档案信息管理中存在的认识不足、人员素质不高、管理方法落后、管理制度不完善等问题,采取切实可行的应对策略,从强化档案管理意识、加强人员素质培训、完善档案管理制度以及引入先进管理技术等方面加以改进,已推动医院档案信息管理专业化水平不断提高,促进医院整体管理水平提高,为医院稳定健康发展提供良好保障。
With the rapid development of information technology, hospital archives management has gradually moved from traditional manual management to automation, informationization and electronics.
