1992年,国务院办公厅向全国发出通知,号召全国工交企业学习武汉钢铁公司走“质量效益型发展道路”,肯定了武钢坚持科技进步,强化以质量为中心的经营管理,走“投入少、产出多、经济效益高”的质量效益型路子。式钢的主要经验有哪些呢?概括为四条:一是强调“重合同、讲效益,保质量,作贡献”;二是建立以质量为中心的经营战略和以质量为核心的生产经营管理体系;三是围绕质量不断进行技术开发和技术进步,把质量工作落实到实物质量提高上;四是创造“质量优先”的企业精神,大力提高职工素质。本文介绍武钢的一些具体做法,供读者参考。
