通过传统的纯培养方法和现代分子生物学技术——变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE),研究不同种植模式对水稻土真菌数量及群落多样性的影响。结果表明:不同模式下真菌数量的变化规律是蔬菜连作模式>休闲轮作模式>“123种植模式”;真菌数量在土层深度上基本都表现为0~15 cm>15~30 cm。不同种植模式下DGGE图谱条带的数量及亮度有较大区别,且有几条特征性条带发生了明显的变化。0~15 cm、15~30 cm土层真菌群落多样性指数及均匀度指数均表现为“菜稻菜模式”(RVCs)>“休闲轮作模式”(FRCs)>“蔬菜连作模式”(VCCs)。
The effects of different cropping patterns on the number and community diversity of fungi in paddy soils were studied using traditional pure culture methods and modern molecular biology techniques - denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). The results showed that the changing rules of fungal quantity under different patterns were continuous cropping pattern> casual rotation pattern> 123 planting pattern. The number of fungi showed 0 ~ 15 cm> 15 ~ 30 cm in soil depth. The number and brightness of DGGE bands in different planting modes are quite different, and some characteristic bands have obvious changes. The diversity index and evenness index of fungi community in 0 ~ 15 cm and 15 ~ 30 cm soil layers were as follows: “Vegetables” (RVCs)> “Circulation Patterns of Vegetables” (FRCs) Modes "(VCCs).
