胃复安是临床上较常用的促胃动力药,过量服药可引起精神及神经系统副作用出现。笔者曾遇到16例,现报道如下: 临床资料:①本文16例中男9例,女7例,年龄分布为4～6岁2例,7～8岁8例,11～15岁6例。②累积用药量,用法均为10mg,1日3次,症状多发生在服药2～3次后,累积总量为20mg～30mg,症状最早出现时间为10小时。③症状本组病例中,轻症11例,表现为某一肌群运动失调,有一过性斜颈。各种扭转痉挛及偏侧舞蹈动作,无意识障碍。其中1例,男12岁,不自主的口大张,舌尽力伸出口外,呈面具样表情,可用
