在中国发现的引起酵米面中毒的病原菌是一种不引起葡萄糖发酵的革兰氏阴性黄色杆菌。其形态学、生理学和生化表型特性与假单胞菌符合。它产生酵米霉酸。其弥散分布的黄色素经证明为毒黄素。椰毒假单胞菌也产生这两种毒性物质,且影响产生毒黄素的因素也相似。因此,我们认为引起酵米面中毒的病原菌与椰毒假单胞菌相同,或者它们是密切相关的菌种。
The pathogen causing the noodles in China, found in China, is a gram-negative yellow bacterium that does not cause glucose fermentation. Its morphological, physiological and biochemical phenotypic characteristics and Pseudomonas coincide. It produces phytoncid acid. Its diffuse distribution of yellow pigment proved to be a toxin. Pseudomonas aeruginosa also produces both toxic substances, and the factors that affect the production of toxins are similar. Therefore, we consider that the pathogens causing the noodles are the same as Pseudomonas cochinchines, or that they are closely related species.
