用ＰＣＲ检测３２例不明原因不孕、不育妇女子宫内膜沙眼衣原体，结果发现：２１例不明原因不孕妇女有７例阳性；８例不明原因自然流产２次以上妇女有３例阳性；３例不明原因死胎史妇女中１例阳性。结果揭示：子宫内膜的沙眼衣原体感染是引起不孕、不育的重要因素。
PCR detection of 32 cases of unexplained infertility and infertility women endometrial trachomatis Chlamydia trachomatis, found that: 21 cases of unexplained infertility women were positive in 7 cases; 8 cases of unexplained natural abortion more than 2 times in 3 women were positive; 3 One case of history of unexplained fetal death in a woman positive.
