一些硫代二丙酸酯类化合物,已用作食品和食品包装的抗氧化剂和稳定剂。研究它们在机体内的代谢,具有一定的现实意义。本研究系用~(14)C标记的硫代二丙酸(TDPA)、2·十二烷基硫代二丙酸盐(DDTDP)以及TDPA和1,4-环己烷二甲醇的一种聚酯——TDPS,拌和在饲料中喂食大鼠;另外还用~(14)C-TDPA溶解于1:1的乙醇-水溶液和~(14)C-DDTDP溶在玉米油中进行灌胃。每天收集大小便及呼出的二氧化碳,每隔4、8、34天处死动物,测定各脏器中的放射性量。放射性的测定,采用液体闪烁法。
Some thiodipropionate compounds have been used as antioxidants and stabilizers for food and food packaging. To study their metabolism in the body, has certain practical significance. The rats were also orally administered with ~ (14) C-TDPA dissolved in 1: 1 ethanol-water and ~ (14) C-DDTDP in corn oil. Collect daily urine and exhaled carbon dioxide. The animals were sacrificed every 4, 8 and 34 days, and the radioactivity in each organ was measured. Radioactive determination, using liquid scintillation method.
