十六大以来,党中央、国务院在有关文件中多次强调,国有大中型企业要按照现代企业制度的要求,实行规范的公司制改革,完善法人治理结构。国资委成立以来,一直把国有独资公司建立规范董事会作为一项重点工作,正在积极稳妥有序推进。《国有独资公司建立规范董事会问题研究》紧密结合实际工作,研究深入全面,具有一定的参考价值。现将该课题研究成果摘要刊登,以供交流。
Since the 16th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have repeatedly emphasized in the relevant documents that the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises should follow the requirements of the modern enterprise system and implement a standardized system of corporate reform to improve the corporate governance structure. Since its establishment, the SASAC has been making the establishment of a standardized board of directors of wholly state-owned companies a priority and is actively and steadily proceeding in an orderly manner. “Research on the Establishment of State-owned Welfare Companies to Regulate the Board of Directors” closely integrates practical work, research in-depth and comprehensive, and has certain reference value.
