八五六农场离退休干部党支部共有党员40人,离退休干部62人,平均年龄80岁。近年来,支部在认真落实老同志各项政策待遇,组织丰富多彩的学习、娱乐活动的同时,更加注重引导老同志发挥自身的优势,为农场事业发展做出新贡献。多年来,农场老干部队伍人心不散、斗志不减、思想常新、本色永葆,在农场各项事业中继续发挥着重要作用,八五六农场离退休干部党支部在2014年被中组部授予全国离退休干部先进集体荣誉称号。
There are 40 reeducation-union members and 62 retired cadres at the 856 Farmers ’Retired Cadres’ Party Branch, with an average age of 80 years. In recent years, while earnestly implementing various policies and treatment of the old comrades and organizing various study and entertainment activities, the branch has placed greater emphasis on guiding old comrades to give play to their own advantages and make new contributions to the development of the farm enterprise. Over the years, the contingent of veteran cadres in the farm has been stirring up people’s hearts and minds. Its thinking has always been new and its essence has always been preserved. It has continued to play an important role in various undertakings on the farm. The party branch of the retired cadres at the 856 Farm was rewarded by the Central Organization Department Awarded the honorary title of advanced collective of retired cadres nationwide.
