The transition from a planned economy to a market economy is a “fundamental change” in our economic system. Under the socialist market economy, people’s ideological and moral values are bound to change profoundly. New concepts of material interests, concepts of competition, pioneering concepts, timeliness concepts and just concepts will all be established throughout society.
