以聚醚砜(PES)/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为铸膜液,以适当型号的耐水砂纸作为制膜基底,以正丙醇为凝固浴,制备了高疏水PES膜。讨论了不同制膜基底对PES膜成膜过程、膜结构和膜表面接触角的影响。粗糙基底的锚定作用延长了成膜时间,有利于粗糙表面的复制,这是提高PES膜表面接触角的主要原因;随着砂纸目数的增加,PES膜表面的接触角呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当砂纸目数为1000目,凝固浴为正丙醇时,制备的PES膜的疏水性较高(接触角为134.0°)。
Polyethersulfone (PES) / N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) as the casting solution, the appropriate type of water-resistant sandpaper as the film-forming substrate, with n-propanol as the coagulation bath, prepared a high hydrophobic PES film . The anchoring effect of rough substrate prolongs the film formation time and is beneficial to the replication of rough surface, which is the main reason for increasing the contact angle of PES film surface. With the increase of sandpaper number, the contact angle of PES film first increases The tendency of the PES membrane is higher when the number of sandpaper is 1000 meshes and the coagulation bath is n-propanol (the contact angle is 134.0 °).
