陕西省白、啤、果露、黄各酒种均有生产企业,具有一定规模的酿酒企业近百家,从业职工约1万5千人,其中持有生产许可证的白酒企业70多家,啤酒企业6家,酒精企业3家,葡萄酒、果酒5家,黄酒(含稠酒)10多家。白酒有国家名酒企业西凤,国家优质酒企业太白,以及城固、秦洋、泸康、三粮液、普惠、芦河8家大中型骨干企业,全省现有白酒生产能力为10万千升/年,年销售收入10亿元以上。
