Superox系列固定相是性能优良的氢键型固定相,适用于脂肪醇分析。非极性固定相OV—1柱,经减活处理后亦适宜醇类异构体分离。考察了C_1~C_2异构醇的36个组分在OV—1柱和Superox 0.6柱上的保留行为、柱效和极限温度,结果表明,两种柱对醇都有很好的分离效能,OV—1柱柱效及柱温极限高,除了戊醇-3和戊醇-2是重叠峰外,其余组分间都有一定分离度,其分离顺序基本上是根据组分的沸点,包括特别难分离的3-甲基丁醇-1/2-甲基丁醇-1亦能分开。Superox 0.6柱的柱温极限较低,只能分开C_(18)以下的醇,它的分离主要是基于氢键作用力,所以它有独特的选择性和不同的流出模式,对正构醇有较长保留值,而对位阻效应大的异构醇保留值明显减少。
The Superox series stationary phases are high performance hydrogen bonded stationary phases for fatty alcohol analysis. Non-polar stationary phase OV-1 column, after deactivation is also suitable for separation of alcohol isomers. The retention behavior, column efficiency and temperature limit of 36 components of C 1 -C 2 isomerization alcohols on OV-1 column and Superox 0.6 column were investigated. The results show that both columns have good separation performance for alcohols, OV -1 column efficiency and column temperature limit high, except pentanol-3 and pentanol-2 are overlapping peaks, the remaining components have a certain degree of separation, the order of separation is basically based on the boiling point of the components, including special 3-methylbutanol-1/2-methylbutanol-1, which is difficult to separate, can also be separated. Superox 0.6 column has a lower column temperature limit, and can only separate alcohol below C 18. Its separation is mainly based on hydrogen bond force, so it has unique selectivity and different outflow modes. For n-alkanol Longer retention, while retention of isomeric alcohols with a large steric hindrance was significantly reduced.
