2008-2009第四届中国人力资源管理大奖(CEHRA赛拉)颁奖典礼及高峰论坛经济振兴与企业发展的人力资源管理最佳实践2009年4月11日-12日中国北京全国人大会议中心主办:中国企业评价协会(隶属国务院发展研究中心)、中国人力资源开发研究会(国家发展和改革委员会主管)、中国人力资源管理大奖组委会承办:北京聚能宏业人力资源技术开发中心中国人力资源管理大奖(CEHRA赛拉)活动始于2005年,迄今已经连续举办三届。赛拉已经被公认是展现和交流中国HR发展成果、倾听权威政策解读、推广优秀管理智慧、广结合作发展机遇的里程碑式的高端盛会。每届赛拉都因其前瞻性的主题、丰厚的HR成果、高层次的演说、实战性的分享氛围获得业界的一致关注与支持。
